There are some difficult doctrines in the Bible that many theologians disagree on, but we should not divide over these or run from them. We need to look to the scriptures for clarity realizing that the most important truth we need to understand is that we are saved by faith in Jesus, the Messiah!

We are encouraged to respond in three ways. 1. Examine our faith: have we confessed our faith in Jesus and been set free from the bondage of sin? 2. Share the Gospel: we need to not only share the gospel with those who don't believe but with other believers to strengthen our faith in Him. 3. Stay faithful: Acts 2:42 gives us the best prescription to remain in Christ. "And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers."
